Orders over $60 in the continental US are shipped the best way for free. You have the option to pay for your choice of shipping options at checkout if that is your preference.  

We typically get orders in the mail the next business day after the order is placed, however our processing time can take up to 3 business days. Shipping times are in addition to this. We do not typically ship on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please Note: Once your order is in the hands of the mail carrier, it is out of our control.

**ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELED AFTER CHECKOUT**

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-12 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

If you have received an item with any defects, please contact our store within 3 days to inform us of the issue.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or purchasing of incorrect sizing.

Designed by Anna LLC and Bead & Tassel are not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.  Designed by Anna LLC and Bead & Tassel are not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
